Customers must comply with this policy at all times. Violation of this policy may result in suspension, termination, or removal of services without refund.

2. Compliance with Laws

Customers must use our services in compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their activities are lawful.

3. Prohibited Activities

Customers may not use our services for activities including, but not limited to:

Illegal Activities

• Violating any applicable law or regulation.
• Facilitating criminal activity.
• Distributing illegal content.
• Operating services intended to evade law enforcement.

Fraud and Deception

• Phishing websites.
• Identity theft.
• Financial fraud.
• Credit card fraud.
• Scams or deceptive practices.
• Impersonation of individuals or organizations.

Unauthorized Access

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks.
• Password cracking.
• Credential theft.
• Exploitation of vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Circumventing security controls.

Malware

• Hosting or distributing malware.
• Viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or malicious software.
• Command-and-control servers for malicious software.

Network Abuse

• Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
• Participation in botnets.
• Network flooding.
• Packet spoofing.
• Reflection or amplification attacks.
• Interference with other networks or services.

Spam

• Sending unsolicited bulk email.
• Operating spam services.
• Email bombing.
• Unsolicited commercial communications.

Copyright Infringement

• Hosting copyrighted content without authorization.
• Distribution of pirated software, media, or intellectual property.
• Activities that violate copyright law.

4. Resource Usage

Customers must use resources responsibly.

The following activities may be restricted or prohibited:

• Cryptocurrency mining.
• Resource abuse that negatively impacts other customers.
• Excessive CPU consumption beyond allocated resources.
• Excessive memory consumption beyond allocated resources.
• Excessive disk usage beyond purchased limits.
• Activities causing instability to shared infrastructure.

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate services that negatively affect platform performance.

5. Security Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for securing their own servers and applications.

This includes:

• Maintaining strong passwords.
• Applying security updates.
• Securing applications and databases.
• Preventing unauthorized access.

Compromised systems may be suspended to protect our infrastructure and other customers.

6. Abuse Reports

SuperHostingSolutions may investigate reports of abuse, security incidents, or policy violations. Customers agree to cooperate with reasonable investigations and requests for information relating to reported violations. Failure to cooperate may result in suspension or termination.

7. Law Enforcement Requests

We may comply with lawful requests from courts, government agencies, or law enforcement authorities. Customers are responsible for ensuring their activities comply with applicable laws.

8. Enforcement

If we determine that a customer has violated this AUP, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Issue a warning.
• Restrict service functionality.
• Suspend services.
• Remove content.
• Terminate services.
• Terminate accounts.
• Report unlawful activities to appropriate authorities.

The action taken will be determined at our sole discretion based on the severity of the violation.

9. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts, servers, applications, and services. Failure to monitor or secure an account does not excuse violations of this policy.

10. Policy Changes

SuperHostingSolutions reserves the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised policy.
