Due to the nature of digital infrastructure services, all payments made to SuperHostingSolutions are generally non-refundable once a service has been provisioned and made available to the customer.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

A service is considered provisioned once server resources have been allocated and access credentials have been generated or made available to the customer.

Customers are encouraged to contact support before initiating a chargeback. Initiating a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback may result in immediate suspension or termination of all services and accounts associated with the customer.

6. Cancellation

Customers may cancel services at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle the customer to a refund for the current billing period. Services remain active until the end of the paid term unless otherwise terminated.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment processor and financial institution involved.
