1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing services, or using any services provided by SuperHostingSolutions ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

SuperHostingSolutions provides virtual private servers (VPS), hosting services, and related infrastructure services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of their account credentials.
• Keeping billing information accurate and up to date.
• All activity occurring under their account.
• Securing data stored on their servers.

Customers must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to their account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Customers may not use our services for:

• Illegal activities.
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or malicious software.
• Unauthorized access to systems or networks.
• Phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices.
• Spam or unsolicited bulk communications.
• Activities that significantly disrupt our network or other customers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that violate this policy.

5. Payments and Billing

Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Failure to pay invoices by the due date may result in suspension or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in writing. Applicable taxes may be added to invoices where required.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, hardware failures, software issues, network outages, and events beyond our control may result in service interruptions.

7. Data and Backups

Customers are solely responsible for maintaining backups of their data. While we may provide backup-related features, customers should not rely on our systems as their only backup solution. SuperHostingSolutions is not responsible for data loss.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate services immediately if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Required payments are not received.
• Service usage threatens the stability, security, or operation of our infrastructure.

Customers may cancel services at any time through their account portal or by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperHostingSolutions shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits.
• Lost data.
• Business interruption.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for services during the preceding thirty (30) days.

10. Indemnification

Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SuperHostingSolutions, its owner, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from their use of the services.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
